A: Yes! We accept all popular payment methods and major credit card providers (excluding Discover for reasons beyond our control presently), PayPal included.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Our offices are located in Israel, but our products are stored outside of the country - in the United States, Canada, the UK and China, as we understand that storing our products in these key locations is the best way to get them to the majority of our customers' hands as soon as possible.

Q: Can I track my order?
Yes, we only work with shipping companies that offer shipment tracking. If you want your tracking number, go to the Order Lookup page and input your order I.D. and email address to see the status of your order.
Q: What is your refund policy?
We offer 30 day refunds from the moment you receive the product, no questions asked! Let us know you want a refund and send the product to our offices, and we will refund you as soon as it arrives.
We want our customers to always be satisfied and feel safe shopping with us, so on top of that we offer refunds whenever any of the following conditions is met:
1. The package was lost in transit for whatever reason. Because we offer package tracking, this is both highly unlikely and very easy to spot. If the package does not arrive at the specified address, you will be compensated.
2. The item arrived in unusable condition or not as advertised.
3. You ordered a specific item and received a different one - even if only by variant or color for the same product.
